  I am a student and I had a phone consultation with Mr. Smith about a potential legality I may have. Talking to Mr. Smith was like talking to a professor. He cared, he was curious about all the facts pertaining to my case, and he was able to rattle off any potential legalities I needed to consider citing case history to illustrate his point. He also gave me key wording I need to consider for legal protection. Mr. Smith had the patience to answer every single one of my questions, both hypothetical and real. I really appreciated his young and energetic attitude about law, something many seasoned attorneys like himself are simply lacking in today's world. To top it off, he spent more than the amount of time he was supposed to spend with me. I recommend Mr. Smith for the simple fact that in 30 minutes he showed me every characteristic I would want in an attorney - passion, attention to detail, and a protective caring nature. I will also add that his paralegals, Becky and Marci are kind and excited to share their experience with you as well.

  .If you are looking for an attorney who won't show up to your bankruptcy hearing and will instead send someone who knows nothing about your case, then by all means, hire Chris. I had a complicated case and was given bad advice which costs me more funds and time than this should have. He may have knowledge in other aspects of the legal realm but bankruptcy is not his string suit in my opinion. I had to seek much ore competent counsel to undo the mess he created.

  Chris Smith is one of the best attorneys in town in my opinion. While you may meet him under not such great personal circumstances, he will make you feel a lot more at ease. He helped us through a big mess we were in and also put a trust together for my ailing mother. His right arm, Marci, is second to none. No big, marble, fancy offices here, just great service from caring people who are awesome at what they do. You can pay a lot more for an attorney in town and get a lot less. I recommend Chris to anyone who may have to do a short sale, file for bankruptcy or have elder law issues. Very good, fair and competent team at Christopher Smith's down to earth law firm. Kuddos!
