- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆this is not a flea market, its a city building that they rent out once or twice a month and call it a flea market. Plus they charge to get in, witch no other true flea markets do. Since the city owns it they don't have to abide by their own zoning codes, and the best part is they refuse to define what a flea Market is under the zoning definitions. The city also does a similar thing with farmers Markets so they have one in the middle of down town, yet if you try to do it they have all kinds of rules they brake. Do what we say not what we do, sounds like same old same old gov.By chris king, February 04, 2017
