- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I called them for my new business to take my mail box key, they said they have it. Then i went there after 9 because google map says they open at 9, it was closed, then i called them they told me they don't have my mail box key. Then they told me they will replace the lock next week so i can't reach all my mails and staff in my mail box. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Kathy, the supervisor, was very helpful on the phone providing me information on a package I had mailed to my temporary address. She went back and checked the carrier's area to see if he might be holding the package until the vacancy card was removed in the box. I don't know if I'll get my package but she gave me all the information she could. I appreciated her great attitude.
