  This bank is AMAZING! My husband and I own a business together and we were at a point where we needed to get some working capitol in to help us grow and expand more. But our credit was not in the best of shape to get a SBA loan. We came into Homebanc and met Denise Gagne! Let me just say that she is an amazing woman! She provided us with the most awesome customer service from a bank! She made us feel like family and thoroughly explained how the loan process would work. We were fortunate enough to have a family member cosign for us so we were able to get approved! Before we went to HomeBanc we had called another local bank in town, Insignia. The gentleman on the phone asked us questions about our credit and the nine yards. And since we had so so credit he immediately shot us down and told us we would never be able to get any kind of loan. But Denise at Homebanc went out of her way to make sure we got the help we needed and fought for us BIG TIME!! Where is there another bank institution that would help you in that way and not make you feel low b/c your credit score or financial situation is not picture perfect?! HOMEBANC that's where! Not even the bank we were with for almost 10yrs went up to bat for us like that when we tried to get a loan through them! That is why we are no longer with Regions and are now on our way to becoming part of the Homebanc family! So thank you to Homebanc and a special thank you to Denise Gagne!
